1. Describe the company in three words<\/h3>\n

Flexible, collegial, customer-oriented<\/p>\n

2. What is your job in the company and how does a “typical” working day look like for you?<\/h3>\n

I have been employed as a mechanical engineer at R\u00f6scher GmbH since 2020. My tasks in the company are varied and include the creation of new concepts, CAD design, as well as the engineering and commissioning of special machines and systems. The typical working day does not exist. At R\u00f6scher GmbH, I can use and expand my skills both in theory and in practice. What I like most is the implementation of complex projects. I particularly enjoy carrying out strength and deformation analyses, creating concepts and having direct contact with customers, suppliers and colleagues.<\/p>\n

I received a very warm and collegial welcome here. The flat company hierarchy makes communication simple and direct.
