We are a powerful team of 12 people. Most of us work in engineering. Starting with your requirements, we develop ideas and concepts. We do the engineering.
With our manufacturing partners, we realise your machine or your device – fully assembled, automated and ready for use. We are characterised by the fact that our engineers love to screw things together themselves – and personally take care of the assembly and commissioning. In this way, we implement your wishes quickly and precisely with our team.

Managing Director
With the purchase of Röscher GmbH, Dr Gero Heusler took over the management of the company founder Reiner Röscher in 2016, who was retiring for reasons of age. After more than 15 years of employment at Philips in Aachen in various roles, this was his path to become an entrepreneur.
Since then, he has been consistently leading the company in the area of special purpose machine manufacturing, with a particular focus on the field of electromobility.
Service
We are also available after delivery and acceptance of our devices and systems, regardless of whether an irregularity has occurred or whether maintenance is required.
If necessary, we provide on-site support. Depending on the agreed service level, we are there for you within or outside our business hours.

Coiltech 2023 – we participated
In March 2023 we were present at the Coiltech in Augsburg, the meeting of the electromechanical industry. There you could find exhibitors of all production process steps for electric motors. Our solutions we showed for separating / widening and twisting of hairpin stators found a lot of interest.
