2. What is your job in the company and how does a “typical” working day look like for you?

I have been employed as a mechanical engineer at Röscher GmbH since 2020. My tasks in the company are varied and include the creation of new concepts, CAD design, as well as the engineering and commissioning of special machines and systems. The typical working day does not exist. From a design marathon in CAD, to a longer assembly activity in our workshop, to commissioning at the customer’s, everything is there.

3. What do you like most about your work?

At Röscher GmbH, I can use and expand my skills both in theory and in practice. What I like most is the implementation of complex projects. I particularly enjoy carrying out strength and deformation analyses, creating concepts and having direct contact with customers, suppliers and colleagues.

4. What determines Röscher GmbH as an employer?

I received a very warm and collegial welcome here. The flat company hierarchy makes communication simple and direct. Personal development is taken into account.
