1. Describe the company in three words

2. What is your job in the company and how does a “typical” working day look like for you?

As assistant to the management, I am responsible for running the back office and all matters relating to the organisational and personnel administration of the company. Work around the preparatory accounting for the company is my main daily field of activity.

3. What do you like most about your work?

Independent work, flexibility through flextime and home office, as well as flat hierarchies with short decision-making paths. Even after 5 years with the company, I feel very comfortable in our small, owner-managed family business.

4. What determines Röscher GmbH as an employer?

A friendly and calm tone between superiors and us employees as well as transparency and open communication are a matter of course for us and shape our feeling of togetherness. Together we are a competent and helpful team. Through regular consultations, we are in good contact and exchange with the management.
