Interview with Patrick Zucher – Employee construction

Interview with Patrick Zucher

1. Describe the company in three words

Flexible, innovative, reliable

2. What is your job in the company and how does a “typical” working day look like for you?

I am a mechanical engineer. At Röscher GmbH, I develop customised solutions for our clients, mainly in the area of stator production. I accompany them from the first sketch to the regular use in production. In addition, I am the internal contact person for questions and problems in the area of CAD and file management.
On a typical working day, I create 3D models and production documents with a CAD programme. In addition, I hold customer meetings (either virtually or on site) and coordinate internally within the team, for example with the purchasing department.

3. What do you like most about your work?

I like the challenge of developing optimal solutions for the different needs of the customers. The tasks are always diverse and varied.

4. What determines Röscher GmbH as an employer?

Röscher GmbH is a small family business. Everyone knows everyone here and we work closely together. There are Christmas parties, team dinners. The company is family-friendly (flexible working hours, home office). The management always has an open ear and cares about the well-being of the employees (offer of free drinks, table tennis on site, training opportunities).
